ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE AND SUPPLY CHAINS

Network Integrators LTD provides over 10,000 brands and organizations around the world with analytics, IT hardware/software, customer service, and consulting solutions. The company's headquarters are in the UK. Network Integrators LTD does not have a conventional supply chain due to the nature of its company, which offers cloud-based software-as-a-service to its consumers, and considers itself to be low risk in terms of slavery and human trafficking issues.

We expect all of our manufacturers, contractors, associates, resellers, and other suppliers to meet all relevant laws and regulations, including the Modern Slavery Act of 2015. However, we will continue to track the level of risk in our existing supply chains and take action if we find a higher risk of modern slavery..

ANTI-SLAVERY AND ANTI-HUMAN-TRAFFICKING INITIATIVES

Network Integrators LTD expects all third parties with whom it works to follow all relevant laws and regulations (which may include the Modern Slavery Act 2015). We do not proceed with any purchases of products or services from third parties we suspect are involved in slavery or human trafficking. We would not help a supply chain where there is a reasonable suspicion of slavery or human trafficking.

DUE DILIGENCE PROCEDURES

When it comes to possible exploitation or human trafficking problems, Network Integrators LTD takes a zero-tolerance approach when assessing vendors, partners, resellers, and other suppliers. Due to the nature of our sector, we rely on third parties to provide services that do not usually require slave or human trafficking labor. We perform due diligence on third parties to decide whether they are likely to participate in the forms of labor that are vulnerable to slavery and human trafficking.

TRAINING

We have a procurement team that has been trained to ensure that we request contractual commitments from our contractors, partners, resellers, and suppliers to ensure that we comply with all relevant legislation, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Employees in charge of approving and onboarding vendors are aware of the problems of modern slavery and human trafficking. Any future problems with vendors must be reported to the General Counsel, according to our internal policy.

NEXT STEPS/LOOKING AHEAD

The value of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 is recognized by Network Integrators LTD, and we will continue to evaluate the possibility of modern slavery in our supply chain, including reviewing signed arrangements with our vendors, partners, resellers, and other suppliers.

THE APPROVAL

This statement is made in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and it serves as our slavery and human trafficking statement for the fiscal year indicated. The Network Integrators Ltd board of directors accepted this declaration, which was signed on their behalf by our General Counsel and Secretary.
