The MX-7 is characterized by a dense, viscous Consistency resulting from a high filler content, which delivers optimal thermal performance. Due to its special texture, the paste cannot be spread with a spatula.
The high cohesion ensures a stable composition and guarantees long-lasting, consistent performance without drying out.
The low adhesion allows for optimal distribution into a fine bond line and ensures maximum heat transfer.
High cohesion prevents cracks or leakage even during repeated thermal cycles with high thermal stress.
Apply MX-7 in a simple cross pattern. The contact pressure of the cooler spreads the paste evenly across the entire surface, ensuring complete coverage and easy handling.
When mounted, the cooler distributes the thermal paste evenly across the entire contact surface, creating a thin, uniform layer without air pockets.
MX-7 is suitable for CPUs, GPUs, laptops, console processors, and more. It is non-capacitive and electrically non-conductive, ensuring excellent performance without any risk of short circuits or electrical discharge.
MX Cleaner removes old thermal paste without leaving any residue and thoroughly cleans the contact surfaces. Also available as a practical bundle with MX-7.
