The Sentry One uses enforced complex passwords with a minimum of three of the four chrematistics (lowercase, uppercase, special characters and numbers) The password has a minimum of 8 characters

The Sentry One can be remotely managed by DataLocker’s flagship central management platform SafeConsole®.
When managed by SafeConsole, the Sentry One can be ringed by dozens of automated policies that govern everything from password complexity and brute force password protection to trusted machine-only access, onboard antimalware and remote/lock/erase/disable/reset capabilities. As a result, you are in control of all your DataLocker USB Flash drives, wherever they are.

Built-in the drive is a rechargeable battery allowing the user to enter a 7-15 digit PIN via the on-board keypad before connecting the device to a USB port. All data transferred to the drive is encrypted in real-time with military grade AES-XTS 256-bit hardware encryption.

S1000 allows for two passphrase types: either a complex password or a passphrase up to 255 characters long.
