Digitus IP55 Wall-Mounted Enclosure - for outdoor use - 600x450 mm (WxD)

The DIGITUS® IP55 outdoor wall-mounted enclosures are designed for industrial applications. They offer protection against water and dust in accordance with protection class IP55.

- Protected against dust in harmful quantities and water jets (IP 55)
- Steel front door with a lockable swing-lever handle and a 3-point locking system
- Front door with grounding and two welded-on, reinforcing U-shaped beams, as well as a gasket
- Can be used as a freestanding unit with a separate base

The wall-mounted industrial network cabinets, with an IP55 rating, are specifically designed to meet the needs of harsh environments, particularly outdoor settings. These wall-mounted enclosures deliver top performance thanks to features such as the 3-point locking system with a lockable swivel handle and insulated PG cable glands. Integrated ventilation filter housings ensure a fresh air intake (protection against water and dust ingress per IP54). Applications include, for example, outdoor areas exposed to environmental elements (rain, dust, hail, snow, splashing water). To accommodate a fan module, the roof chassis is also equipped with a filtered compartment. A pair of galvanized 483 mm (19") profile rails, labeled with height units readable in both directions, are installed inside. These can be adjusted in depth. Each cabinet is a robust steel construction made of sheet steel up to 2.0 mm thick. The finish consists of an electrostatic powder coating in the standard color gray (RAL 7035). Wall mounting is accomplished using the included mounting brackets. Optionally, the cabinets can be used as freestanding units with a base or mounted on poles using a mounting kit.
