If you asked us to name one of our best projects, we’d say Arx 500 Air – we took all the best solutions we know and put them together. As a result, we’ve made a large (but slightly shorter than Arx 700 series) PC case for you your components that's as breathable as a room where someone opened all the windows wide.
And replaced one of the walls (and the ceiling) with dust filters. Arx 500 Air We’ve seen a lot when it comes to PC cases – but the Arx 500 Air still brings a big smile to our faces. No wonder, because we packed all our knowledge into it. Spoiler alert – it came out like a dream. This is one of the largest cases we’ve ever created, only slightly shorter than Arx 700 series. It measures 486×228×429 mm – enough to fit a tall cooling system (up to 179 mm), 7 fans (including 5 Stratus 140 PWM that we give you for a good start), and most graphics cards available on the market (up to 350 mm long). Everything sits in a pleasant breeze, because the finely perforated front and top panels let in fresh air and block dust. You can check it out through the tempered glass window. |
The Node 304 features a unique modular interior for outstanding configurability. The Node 304 accommodates up to six hard drives. Unused mounting brackets can be removed to allow for long graphic cards, additional airflow or more space for organizing cables. Introduction
Continuing where the popular Grandia GD05 left off, the Milo ML03 HTPC case again combines the full size features of Grandia series with small form factor dimensions. The slimmer Milo ML03 has a profile of 105mm height and 340mm depth, making it extremely easy to integrate into any living room furniture. Incredibly, this case can accommodate up to three 3.5” hard drives or five 2.5” HDD/SSD through its smartly designed drive cages that can mount either size without any use of adapters. For cooling, the ML03 can be fitted with up to four 80mm fans so users can choose to build a quiet system with low power components or a powerful HTPC with 140W CPU if needed. The Node 804 is a micro ATX chassis which focuses on cooling performance and maximum configurability, all packed in an interesting new form factor with Scandinavian elegant design.
The dual chamber layout separates hot running components from the cooler ones and allows for unrestricted airflow over the motherboard, processor and graphics card. The case comes with three excellent 120mm fans but can be upgraded with several additional fans if needed. The Grandia GD09 is a culmination of SilverStone’s decade-long experience in HTPC case design and manufacturing into a product that every PC enthusiast can enjoy.
